You can in this video Christie’s made filming viewers of Salvator Mundi as it has been on display this week in New York. After lines around the block in San Francisco and London, jaded New Yorkers flocked to Rockefeller center. The awed crowds are a big part of the marketing for Christie’s; if a buyer emerges beyond the guarantor, their confidence and motivation will have been bolstered by these crowds.
