Big Week for Bouvier: Yves Bouvier’s lawyers have filed a complaint in Monaco against Dmitry Rybolovlev in their never-ending battle based upon the recent revelations from Rybolovlev’s lawyer’s cellphone. The move may be more tactical than strategic. Meanwhile, Bouvier has sold the family business to a French shipping and storage firm. Presumably Bouvier remains an owner of the freeports he has built in Luxembourg and Singapore but no details about his other businesses have been revealed in the press. …

Malaysia Issues Interpol Notice Seeking Jho Low: Malaysia’s deputy prime minister made remarks in parliament on monday saying the government has sought help from Interpol in finding Jho Low, the formerly very visible art buyer. Low has not been charged with any crime but the Malaysian authorities want to question him.
