Adam Lindemann’s LA Ambitions

August 1, 2017 by Marion Maneker

It took Kenny Schachter’s LA story to tip us off to this item about Adam Lindemann’s real estate development project in the West Coast art capital’s gallery district.

Announced in February with renderings published in April, the building will be home to Lindemann’s Venus Over LA gallery as well as a Craig Robins-like foray into neighborhood development:

the 12-story mixed use project will include 140 live-work lofts, 7,000 square feet of street-level retail and art space, and another 7,000 square feet of creative office space, which will be located on the second floor. A four-level subterranean garage will include 162 parking spaces.
