Sotheby's Buyback Increase Sotheby's Foreign Cash

Sotheby’s 8k filing this morning includes the announcement that the company plans to take advantage of the current stock price by increasing the buyback program to $325m. That figure is almost exactly what Sotheby’s foreign cash will yield once taxes are accounted for. The two relevant paragraphs from the 8k are visible above.
