False Alarm: Wildenstein Trial Delayed on Constitutional Ruling that Won’t Come Until May

So much for the potential of a voyeuristic thrill as the Wildenstein family’s affairs get presented in court. The trial of Guy Wildenstein on tax avoidance issues opened with procedural questions that have been referred to a higher court, according to the this NY Times report:

On Wednesday, the judges on the case referred the issue to a separate court, which is expected to rule on it before the new start of the trial, on May 4.
