August 12, 2014 by Marion Maneker

Asher Edelman’s Art Assure Ltd. continues its campaign against Artmentum which had offered a large group of Impressionist paintings to Edelman and then told him his funding wasn’t secure. Edelman is suing for the tenuous claim of lost profits but in the process has gotten one intermediary to disavow any knowledge of the scheme.

Extra points to anyone who can explain what the charade hoped to accomplish.
