Zurich’s Sunday papers suggest that Urs Schwarzenbach has continued to bring art into the country without paying customs duties by flying the works in on his private plane. The owner of the Dolder hotel, where a great deal of his collection is on display, has already been accused of using his plane to circumvent taxes (rough translation from German via Google):

“The private air travel in Europe is an almost uncontrolled area. Measures are urgently needed, “says René Karstens by the Federal Office of Police. He presided on behalf of Switzerland, the European Airport Group, an association of customs and police representatives from 35 countries.
