Christie’s Amsterdam Scheringa Museum Sale = €2.8m

Christie’s had a very strong sale in Amsterdam last week where works from the Scheringa Museum:

Fierce bidding by 32 nationalities in a packed saleroom at Christie’s Amsterdam to acquire a work of art from the Property of the Scheringa Museum of Realist art.bNumerous bidders both in the saleroom and by telephone, as well as online, led the sale to a resounding success. All 160 international realist and figurative post-war works of art found a new owner.
