June 22, 2012 by Marion Maneker

The New York Times reports that there was a theft from the Venus Over Manhattan gallery. Salvador Dal´’s works have been popping all over the London day sales this week. Now someone has strolled into Adam Lindemann’s new gallery and stolen one there:

The painting, called “Cartel de Don Juan Tenorio,” was valued at approximately $150,000, according to the police.

Surveillance images released by the police show the man carrying a bag in his left hand. He was described as being about 35 to 45 years old, with a receding hairline.
