Chinese Auction Houses Take Off

This chart from Art Tactic’s Chinese Contemporary art report has this startling chart that illustrates the rise of Mainland Chinese auction sales. The rise of Poly and China Guardian may have taken some market share from Sotheby’s and Christie’s in Hong Kong but all of the sales have risen dramatically.
