Artelligence: What’s Undervalued?

September 23, 2011 by Marion Maneker

Josh Baer remarks in his recent Baerfaxt email on this week’s Artelligence panel:

At yesterday’s  Artelligence panel “Inside the Modern Market” the speakers were asked about under valued artists and responded:

  • HellyNahmad said late Miros and late Kandinskys;
  • Guy Bennett said Van Gogh works on paper;
  • Nick Maclean said Rauschenberg and Richter
  • and Nick Acquavella deftly avoided answering.

The Baer Faxt says that despite being expensive, Basquiat is undervalued
