Property site, A Place in the Sun, points out that Picasso’s first studio upon moving to Paris when he was 19 year old is now on the market for €1.5m:
The property, which is currently owned by a photographer, is in the heart of the city’s bohemian area and benefits from views of Sacre Coeur. It has been divided into two lots and features two studios with a loft apartment above, including a mezzanine bedroom and a workshop. A small plaque on the outside wall confirms that it was Picasso’s premier atelier (first workshop).
