Sotheby's I/M London Eve Results

Sotheby’s had a solid sale this evening in London with 32 out of 42 lots selling (76.2%) and a total of £68,834,400 or ($111,023,004).

The average lot value was £2.15m or $3.5m. The big action was on the top lot, Picasso’s La Lecture, and Feininger’s Steamboat and a late Picasso that went well over its estimate and won the number 10 spot among the top lots.
