PdP Frieze Evening Sale = £6.56m

October 13, 2010 by Marion Maneker

With 35 of 51 lots sold and a total of £6.56m or $10.3m, Phillips de Pury had an okay sale that, unfortunately tells us little about the strength or weakness of the market.

Anselm Reyle was the only clear loser for the evening. Works by Sterling Ruby, Mark Grotjahn, Warhol, Barry Flanagan and Hockney did well. Jack Goldstein and Chen Zhen were stand outs too.
