One Prisoner's Art Is Another Man's Pornography

The Associated Press reports on a Sioux City, SD prisoner who had his drawing books confiscated because they contained nudity:

Joseph Fields III wants a judge to establish a policy or have the Corrections Department establish a court-approved policy that defines pornography. He also wants to be reimbursed for the books. Fields, who is an American Indian, says some non-Indian inmates are allowed to have books that show more nudity than the drawing books he ordered.
