Fairey Half Way to Freedom

The New York Times’s Arts Beat blog reports this afternoon that 7 out of the 17 charges against Shepard Fairey could be dropped by the Boston Municipal Court due to lack of evidence. That leaves Fairey on the hook for 10 other charges tomorrow–not to mention his long-running battle with the AP.
