It must be some sort of a sign that FIAC is solidifying its place on the international art market schedule that Francois Pinault will mount a show during the event to display 50 works from his collection:
A Paris exhibit called Triple Locked: Works from the Pinault Collection will present the private collection of French businessman and patron of the arts François Pinault to the public for the first time.
The exhibit, curated by Caroline Bourgeois and emphasizing the theme of confinement, features nearly 50 works of art, many of which have never been exhibited publicly, from 22 artists working in installation, video, painting, sculpture, and photography.
Visitors can explore the work of Michelangelo Pistoletto, Diana Thater, Bill Viola, Ahmed Alsoudani, Raphaelle Ricol, Damien Hirst, Julie Mehretu and Chen Zhen, among others.
