The sale made £19,063,350 with premium. 34 of 40 lots sold for an 85% sell through.

There were records for Joana Vasconcellos and Alighiero Boetti.

    including premium, it works out as over 100% by value (pre-auction estimates as £18,970,000). Breaking even is what Christie's hoped to do at least, although earlier today its South Ken showroom saw its lowest Interiors sale with 43.1% of the lots BI. Nice result on the Doig though
