Its been surreal to read and hear people's impressions of the scene surrounding the fairs, since I was there for one full day, to visit my dealers (and my paintings), and my experience was totally different. I missed all the parties, since I had a cold and left the morning of the 4th. I too, have had my work at the art fairs in the past but never visited in person until this year, and I too, LOL, had just finished reading '7 Days in the Artworld' and 'The 12 Million Dollar Stuffed Shark' just before I left to go to Miami.
